DECLARATION OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Declaration of consent for processing personal data in accordance with Art. 7 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council
I agree that my personal data, namely three names, address and e-mail address, are processed by Machinery world Ltd for the fulfillment of a contract for purchased goods or ordered service, as well as for sending informational and advertising messages about the products and the services of the Machinery world Ltd. I give my consent for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and Machinery world Ltd, and then for the shorter of: 1) the stipulated period for storing contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria or the period of 5 years.
I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by requesting it at Exercise your rights!, and that my request may not be granted if it conflicts with the performance of the administrator's legal obligations or the public interest.
