Since its establishment, LTMG has always maintained a leading role in the production of construction machinery and warehouse equipment. At present, the production base is located on 120,000 square meters and with 15,000 units of annual production capacity.

For this reason, we conduct rigorous and comprehensive testing on all products we manufacture, from parts to entire vehicles and from pre-production to post-production.
In addition to in-house production, we also supply parts from world-renowned brands such as Toyota and Cummis. Before each production, we perform a quality check on all materials to ensure that their performance and strength meet standards.
● During the production process, we first inspect and accept the steel in the stamping workshop.

● After checking the material composition and model, we check whether the steel raw materials used in the production are free of defects. In the product articulation process, welding is done by machine welders in the welding shop and at the same time, real-time monitoring is done by automatic robotic arms to ensure that all welding points, riveting points and structural adhesive joints have effectively merged.
● In the production line, each process is carried out before the next step of the double quality check operation, including machine and manual.
● During the assembly process, quality inspectors compare standard gauges to ensure production openings, dimensions and accuracy are not in error. Key semi-finished parts are placed in the coordination laboratory for precision testing to ensure that specifications are met.

● After the products are finished and assembled, they undergo pre-factory quality testing in the enterprise's test yard, which includes a series of tests such as:
- stability,
- brake efficiency,
- load efficiency,
- driving efficiency,
- lighting, etc.
For the key efficiency and structure of braking, traction performance, hill climbing, hydraulic system, etc., we strictly follow the national and industry standards to make limitations on product quality.
At present, LTMG has an independent vehicle testing site equipped with various advanced testing instruments, which can meet the main components and vehicle performance testing requirements of loaders, log loaders, forklift loaders, motor graders and other industrial vehicles and provides customers with stable and reliable products.
